At the General Members Meeting (GMM) on October 2, 2024, Stiba, the Dutch trade association for certified vehicle dismantling companies, officially bid farewell to Ruud Spuijbroek as chairman. In the search for his successor, the board has made significant progress. As a result, Frank van Klink has been nominated by the board as the acting chairman of Stiba.
About Frank van Klink
Frank van Klink, 63, resides in Apeldoorn and has built an extensive career in the automotive sector. With experience spanning both car dealerships and leasing companies, he has developed deep industry expertise and held several leadership positions. His career includes active involvement in VNO-NCW, where he leveraged his network and experience to advocate for industry interests.

Frank’s broad knowledge and leadership experience make him highly suited for the role of acting chairman. Together with the board, he will focus on ensuring the sector’s continuity and driving further development.
During the 2025 Annual General Meeting (AGM), the board will formally present Frank van Klink’s appointment as chairman of Stiba for member approval.
