In 2023, B-Parts, the European leader of used car parts, announced a rise in its Net Promoter Score (NPS) to 67, reflecting an upward trend in customer satisfaction. The NPS has been steadily increasing over the past few years, starting at 55 in 2020, rising to 58 in 2021, growing to 62 in 2022, and now reaching 67 in 2023, which showcases B-Parts’ commitment to providing top-notch service.

B-Parts actively collects feedback post-purchase, amassing over 26,000 insights in 2023 from customers worldwide, showcasing a broad and diverse customer base.

The NPS is a well-known metric that measures a customer’s loyalty on a scale of -100 to +100. In this case, the score of 67 indicates that B-Parts customers are highly likely to recommend the brand, surpassing, for example, the NPS of Nike, which stands at 50, and Amazon, which is 24.

In addition to the NPS success, B-Parts excels in customer ratings on Trustpilot and Google. With over 12,600 reviews, the company has achieved a 4.7 on Trustpilot and a 4.8 on Google. Customer reviews, predominantly in French and Portuguese, underscore commendations for part quality, swift delivery, and secure packaging.
