With B-Parts’ team growing rapidly since 2015, the company held its 1st Annual Meeting with the employees in November. The activity aimed to reinforce brand identity, team spirit, cooperation, trust and communication between employees, essential values for the company.
The event, which took place in Yotel Porto Hotel, included a team-building activity and a presentation session from all teams. These lectures helped the employees to understand the work, goals and challenges of all departments. At the same time, the team building tested the team spirit, competitiveness and mutual help with a puzzle-solving activity.
During this event, there were also several moments of relaxation, including a festive dinner and a memorable talk led by Paulo Azevedo, who inspired those present.
“We created this initiative to promote team spirit and motivation among all employees and contribute to the well-being and improvement of interpersonal relations. Besides, since the company is growing exponentially, we felt this was a great opportunity to gather the team, reflect on our 2022 achievements, and set goals for 2023 together,”
