B-Parts grew thirty-fold in five years and continues to transform the automotive sector

Founded in 2015 to address a market need, B-Parts has established itself as the leading European supplier of used car parts from certified dismantling centres. This leadership position is underlined by significant growth, thirty-fold over the last five years, and an increase in the workforce, which has reached 59 employees in Portugal and is projected to grow to 70 within six months. These accomplishments reflect the company’s commitment to the circular economy and quality assurance, with all parts sold having a warranty of up to two years.

The goals for this year include further growth and stock expansion, which currently consists of 8,5 million parts: 7,5 million parts in Europe and 1 million parts in the USA. The target for year-end inventory is 9,5 million parts in continental Europe, aiming to reduce delivery times.

“Our suppliers are the core of our business model. Over the years, in addition to our significant growth, we have supported multiple small businesses thriving and navigating challenging periods, such as the pandemic. We aim to further empower our suppliers in the coming years, thus strengthening our partnerships,” states Manuel Araújo Monteiro, Managing Director of B-Parts.

Promoting sustainability in the automotive sector is also a company objective. Each used part avoids producing a new one, contributing positively to the environment. Customers can save up to 70% compared to new parts with the authenticity guarantee.

B-Parts has customers in over 160 countries and over 160 suppliers in nine European countries (Germany, Austria, Belgium, Spain, France, Italy, Lithuania, the Netherlands, and Portugal) and the USA.
