Access to original spare car parts from ELVs is offered by Citroën B-Parts, which can be fitted by the motorist or in the Citroën network.
Laurent Barria, Director of Marketing and Communication for Citroën, explains:
“As everywhere in Europe, average age of vehicles on the road is increasing and they need to be maintained to last. Used parts are essential when the parts are no longer manufactured 10 years after the production of a vehicle or when the prices and delivery times of the new parts have become incompatible with the expectations of customers.”
The Citroën used parts offer includes more than 200,000 references in inventory on seven product families: body parts, lighting, electric parts and electronics, interior parts, engine and transmission or suspension. It is powered by B-Parts, the European leader in the online distribution of used automotive parts, in which Stellantis invested in 2020.
All the parts in the catalogue are original and come from end-of-life vehicles (ELV) dismantled by a network of about 100 certified professional partners across Europe and sold in 155 countries through the B-Parts e-commerce platform.
Available through Citroën website since the beginning of September in France but also in several other European countries (Germany, Spain, Italy, Portugal, Netherlands, Belgium, Ireland, Austria, Finland, Denmark, Lithuania, Norway, Sweden and Switzerland), the Citroën used parts offer enjoys a 12-month warranty, binding the brand with its customers on the quality of the products.
