In early October, Copart Brasil celebrated the inauguration of its largest and most advanced facility in the Northeast region, located in Eusébio, Ceará. Spanning over 120,000 square meters, the new unit has the capacity to store more than 5,200 vehicles and is expected to generate significant benefits for the local economy.
During the opening ceremony, Copart CEO Jeff Liaw emphasized the strategic importance of Brazil to the company’s global operations. He noted that Brazil represents an exciting market full of potential and expressed enthusiasm for the company’s continued growth over the next two decades.
The Eusébio facility marks a key milestone in Copart’s expansion strategy. According to Adiel Avelar, of Copart Brasil, the new yard reinforces the company’s commitment to the Northeast region. He emphasised that the modern structure will play a crucial role in sustaining operations and driving Copart’s growth nationwide.
The event brought together several of Copart Brasil’s partners, who shared their support and enthusiasm for the new facility. Aníbal Frota, commercial manager at Zurich Seguros, expressed his pride in being part of the moment and congratulated Copart on the inauguration.
Representing Banco Honda, Daniela Fernandes celebrated the opening and reaffirmed the long-standing partnership between the two companies, emphasizing their shared commitment to excellence and collaboration.
Evelyn Eugênio, senior analyst at BNDU at Banco Safra, viewed the inauguration as a new opportunity for joint success. She praised Copart’s journey in Brazil and looked forward to continued collaboration and strong business results.
Similarly, Fabrício Marques de Oliveira, Operations Manager at MAPFRE, commended the new facility and appreciated the opportunity to learn more about Copart’s operations.
