At Equip Auto 2025 (October 14–18), French end-of-life vehicle (ELV) specialist Dubourg Group announced two significant developments: the expansion of its historic Rauzan facility in Gironde (33) and the acquisition of a third approved ELV center in Saint-Priest-de-Gimel, Corrèze (19).

Major Expansion to Meet Rising Demand for Reused Parts
In response to growing market demand for reused automotive parts, Dubourg Group has launched a large-scale redevelopment project at its Rauzan site. According to recent SRA data, nearly one in five insurance reports (19.6%) now includes at least one part sourced from the circular economy.
The expansion will add an additional 10 hectares to the site, increasing vehicle processing and service capacity. New infrastructure will include a 16-station call center, a storage building for up to 180,000 reused parts, and a Dubourg Montage & Services facility.
A new dedicated center for electric vehicles is also part of the plan, alongside upgraded employee and logistics spaces, demonstrating Dubourg’s commitment to operational efficiency and industry innovation.
Strategic Growth into Central France
Complementing this investment, Dubourg Group has acquired a third approved ELV center: Récup Auto in Saint-Priest-de-Gimel, Corrèze. The acquisition strengthens the company’s geographical footprint beyond the Southwest, extending its network into central France.
This move will enhance logistics performance by broadening the group’s collection area, optimizing the distribution of recovery zones, and boosting overall vehicle processing capacity.
Reinforcing Service Quality for Professionals
With these developments, Dubourg Group aims to deliver an even more responsive and efficient service to its 8,500 professional clients. Customers already benefit from free 48-hour delivery and a 15% discount on orders; a formula designed to minimize downtime for workshops and repairers.
