Florence Bailleul has taken over as general manager of INDRA AUTOMOBILE RECYCLING, a leading French company in automobile recycling and the circular economy. Florence Bailleul replaces Loïc Bey-Rozet.

Since July 1, 2023, Florence Bailleul assumed the role of general manager at Indra Automobile Recycling, succeeding Loïc Bey-Rozet as the leader of France’s foremost company in automobile recycling and the circular economy. Bey-Rozet, in turn, transitioned to the position of vice president at Indra Automobile Recycling, focusing on internationalization and development efforts.
With nearly two decades of experience at Valeo overseeing distribution subsidiaries for automobile products and services, followed by a brief hiatus from the automotive industry, Florence Bailleul reentered the sector through the realm of recycling. Her journey back began after completing her studies at the Higher Institute of Management (ISG) before joining the French equipment manufacturer.
In a journalauto.com article, Florence Bailleul said:
“I am very honored to be able to take charge of a company that is so proactive and pioneering in the automotive circular economy, ” declares the new general director of the company.
Florence Bailleul also indicates that she is “committed to consolidating Indra’s growth trajectory and continuing the major projects undertaken to support the new French and European regulations for the automobile dismantling sector.”
