JARA Corp. and BBF are linking their recycled parts trading systems to help member companies sell inventory more efficiently, including through overseas e-commerce channels. The partnership is intended to strengthen supply-demand matching, add new business support tools, and improve competitiveness in both recycled parts production and sales.

JARA Corp. and BBF Corporation have agreed to jointly develop a linkage between their recycled parts trading systems, in a move aimed at improving sales opportunities for member companies and expanding access to overseas markets.
The planned integration is expected to help each company’s members market their parts inventories more efficiently. External e-commerce channels are also set to be connected to the linked systems, with a particular focus on international sales.
Growing role for e-commerce in recycled parts
The agreement comes as more member companies report stronger recycled parts sales through e-commerce platforms, reflecting a wider shift across the sector.
At present, JARA Corp.’s Total Automobile Recycling System (ATRS) and JAPRA Corp.’s Super Line System (SPL) each manage products under their own operating rules, with the aim of ensuring a stable supply of high-quality recycled parts.
Joint development to add services and functions
Under the new agreement, the two companies will begin research and development work to deliver a range of new functions and services through the system linkage.
The companies said these tools are intended to support member companies’ business strategies and decision-making, while strengthening competitiveness in both parts production and sales.
Focus on domestic and overseas competitiveness
Commenting on the agreement, JARA Corp. President Tabuchi said: “We will expand the platform that optimizes the demand and supply of recycled parts, thereby further improving competitiveness in the domestic and overseas markets.”
