Each year, the Automotive Recyclers Association hosts its Annual Convention & Exposition, bringing together professionals from across the globe. This year, we’re excited to gather in one of the South’s best-kept secrets—Birmingham, Alabama, from October 15–18, 2025, as we celebrate 82 years of representing the automotive recycling industry.
82 Years of Industry-Leading Education
ARA has curated an exciting lineup of speakers and sessions, including new presenters and advanced “2.0” versions of last year’s most popular topics like Why Advocacy Matters, Opportunities for Independent Operators, and Introduction to Continuous Improvement.
On Friday and Saturday, dozens of recyclers and industry experts will share insights on topics you’ve asked for—leadership development, EV battery trends, sales training, brokering, marketing, and more. We’re also welcoming several new speakers you won’t want to miss.
New this year: A greater focus on artificial intelligence in the industry. “We know auto recyclers are already using AI in their businesses,” said Natalie Miller, Chair of ARA’s Educational Programming Committee. “We’re excited to hear from them and from broader industry experts on how AI is transforming repair processes and where recyclers can get involved.”
Our popular Tech Talks are back, offering focused sessions on new tools and smarter ways to use the ones you already have. These sessions provide a quieter, more personal setting to connect and learn off the trade show floor.
Explore the Industry’s Largest Exposition
The ARA Exposition remains the largest in the industry, with dedicated trade show hours and face-to-face access to vendors. Discover new products, watch live demos, and explore technologies that can elevate your business.
“We’re thrilled to be heading to Birmingham,” said ARA Executive Director Vince Edivan. “With direct flights from two dozen major cities and affordable hotel rates under $200/night, we expect a strong turnout. This year’s robust schedule of learning and networking makes it a can’t-miss event.”
