Neil Joslin
Charles Trent Limited is a fourth-generation family-run business and leading expert in UK vehicle recycling. As it embarks on its exciting next phase of change and development over the coming years, expanding scale and size across its operations, digitalisation will see the business grow exponentially. Neil will join the existing senior management team taking responsibility for day-to-day operations, working closely alongside and reporting to Marc Trent, Chief Executive Officer.
Charles Trent Limited is pioneering transformation within the vehicle recycling industry and, as shown over its 95-year-old history, continues to be a forward thinker and innovator. The company has an adventurous vision for the future and will continue to enrich its senior management team to facilitate expansion.
“Neil’s appointment comes at a very exciting time for the company as it embarks on an aggressive 5-year plan. This is the first time in 95 years a non-family member has held an executive position at CTL however, the board & shareholders all agreed it’s now time for change as we welcome Neil as COO. Over the coming months, I will be handing over most of my day-to-day responsibilities to Neil, which will then allow me more time to spend on the overall strategy.”

“I’m very excited and honoured to be joining such a dynamic, forward-thinking business. Charles Trent Ltd justifiably has an excellent reputation in the UK Salvage & Recycling industry and has set out an ambitious few years ahead. There will be disruption and opportunities as the UK car parc changes in the drive towards vehicle electrification, and also as green parts usage really starts to take off. I am looking forward to working with the team and helping the company develop and achieve its plans and ambitions.”
