New COO at one of the UK’s largest auto recycling operations

Charles Trent Limited, the UK’s leading expert in vehicle recycling, today announces the appointment of Neil Joslin as its first Chief Operating Officer, joining the business in January 2022. Neil has most recently been working as Chief Operating Officer at  e2e Total Loss Vehicle Management and brings over 35 years’ experience in the insurance and salvage industry to his new position, where he will drive continuous innovation, digitalisation and industry-changing transformation for Charles Trent  Limited. 

Charles Trent Limited is a fourth-generation family-run business and leading expert in UK vehicle recycling. As it embarks on its exciting next phase of change and development over the coming years, expanding scale and size across its operations,  digitalisation will see the business grow exponentially. Neil will join the existing senior management team taking responsibility for day-to-day operations, working closely alongside and reporting to Marc Trent, Chief Executive Officer.

Over the coming months, I will be  handing over most of my day-to-day responsibilities to Neil, which will then allow me  more time to spend on the overall strategy.”
