Delehuset has its operations in Kongsvinger, east of Oslo. Here there is a dismantling hall for trucks and a warehouse with over 20,000 truck parts for immediate delivery. Delehuset has built an organization with both the competence and the contacts required for the purchase of attractive objects. The trucks are dismantled by experienced mechanics, and each part is carefully examined to ensure quality before they are sold on to customers, mainly in Norway and Sweden.

Bjarte Kaldestad, Country Manager Autocirc Norway:

“Autocirc’s business model is based on connecting businesses that together can increase the supply of used spare parts to the automotive industry. Delehuset’s competence, their focus on trucks of newer year models and specifically Scania trucks will be an important reinforcement of our offer going forward.”

Magnar Skjæret, CEO of Delehuset AS, says:

“By becoming part of Autocirc, we also become an even clearer part of the solution to one of the great challenges of our time. We really look forward to continuing to work for a more sustainable car industry together with Autocirc and contributing to the group’s circular business model.”

Delehuset will be Autocirc’s ninth company in Norway. The deal is part of Autocirc’s long-term strategy to acquire businesses to offer a more sustainable alternative to newly produced vehicle parts.
