In order to provide the best purchasing conditions to its customers, B-Parts, European leader in the e-commerce of used car parts has extended the warranty period for all its parts to 12 months. Until now, every auto part already had a warranty coverage, but it varied between 3, 6 or 12 months depending on the product line. This improvement aims to reinforce the trust that current customers have in B-Parts and its products and to reach new consumers with a more reliable and transparent customer journey.
The extended warranty period reinforces B-Parts’ position as a leading European supplier of used car parts for individual and professional customers. In addition to offering better purchasing conditions to its customers, this improvement also strengthens confidence in the quality of the parts and in the suppliers selected by B-Parts. The new service is therefore in line with the company’s growth plan for 2022 and will support B-Parts’ leadership position as the most relevant sales channel for buying used original parts.
B-Parts’ growth plan also includes reinforcing its inventory in Europe, to a quantity of available stock above 5 million references, and by expanding and diversifying the geography coverage of its supplier base. The continuous investment of B-parts in increasing its stock will allow to offer not only a greater quantity and quality of parts, but also a better delivery lead time to its customers. This will allow B-Parts to meet its customers’ need for immediate supply. At the same time, by reducing the distance between the origin of the parts and the consumers, B-Parts also reduces its carbon footprint, a key objective to meet the company’s sustainable mission.
