Team PRP, a cooperative network of independently owned automotive recyclers, proudly announced the acquisition of Recyclers CrossDock from its owner, Bo Wroten. This strategic move underscores Team PRP’s commitment to delivering exceptional service, enhanced value, long-term stability for its members, and continued leadership within the recycling industry.

Team PRP Executive Director and President Jarret Hann stated:

“Recyclers CrossDock has long been a vital partner in the trade of recycled automotive parts. By transitioning ownership to Team PRP, we will be better able to foster industry-wide uniformity in processes, improve service delivery, expand trading opportunities, and greater cost-effectiveness for all members.”

Dan Snyder, Chairman of Team PRP, highlighted the significance of the acquisition:

“This purchase represents another major milestone for Team PRP and its members. By bringing Recyclers CrossDock under our umbrella, we are able to unite more independent recyclers under one set of uniform policies and procedures. The purchase also ensures that trading opportunities for independent recyclers will continue to grow while helping protect their future in an ever-changing industry and marketplace.”

Bo Wroten, owner of Recyclers CrossDock, expressed confidence in the transition:

“I’m excited to see Recyclers CrossDock become part of Team PRP. Our trading networks have already built a strong working relationship, and this next phase of Team PRP ownership ensures long-term continuity while maintaining the high standards our customers and partners have come to expect.”

As Team PRP moves forward, Hann added:

“I share the Board of Directors’ optimism for this new chapter in Team PRP’s history. I also recognize Bo Wroten’s outstanding contributions to the industry, his commitment to integrity, and his dedication to always doing right by his customers. Team PRP will build upon the legacy that he, his children, and his committed team of employees have worked so hard to create.”
