URG – The Challenge of Change, What New Normal?

The focus of the United Recyclers Group (URG) Educational Conference was to help auto recyclers adapt to an ever-changing business and economic environment.

“The global pandemic changed the lives of every man, woman, and child and had a dynamic impact on personal freedoms, business processes and the global economy. The focus of the URG Educational Conference was to help auto recyclers adapt to an ever-changing business and economic environment. We understand that there may never be a new normal; change will be a constant in the future. Rules, standards, and regulations will need to change as the business climate evolves.

The URG Educational Conference was held as a live event in Dallas, Texas August 5 through the 7th with an excess of 600 persons in attendance. The sessions were selected to help attendees develop key attributes needed to take advantage of today’s changing business environment.

We recognize change forces individuals to grow and develop or risk failure. Change can cause us to reinvigorate our business, providing us the opportunity to grow and serve an expanded customer base. Yet as much as we appreciate the growth, knowledge, and opportunity change affords, it can still be challenging and scary.
