Chad Counselman is a third-generation auto recycler being part of Counselman Automotive Recycling in 1966. He has previously been involved with the ARA (Auto Recyclers Association) serving as secretary, first and second vice-president before becoming President which he stepped down from in 2020.

He is now General Manager of Business Development at All Auto Recalls based in Melbourne, Australia.

With experience as a designer, development and project engineer for some of the largest vehicle manufacturers Andrew Marsh has a unique blend to understanding vehicle engineering (Aston Martin Virage Vantage was his first programme).

In 2004 Andrew moved to MIRRC Thatcham, looking after advanced model planning as well as spending three years running the group that produced ‘escribe’ times/methods, resulting in a dramatic increase in data output. To a great extent, this relied on knowing what was happening amongst the vehicle manufacturers, tracking the technology into the market and strategizing the methods coverage accordingly. During the latter part of 2010, Andrew was directed to put together the first UK Insurance Industry telematics core data protocol, which was then offered to all insurers for discussion.

In 2011 Andrew joint founded Auto Industry Consulting Ltd, an independent provider of technical information and consultancy to the global collision repair industry. He speaks throughout the world on many factors concerning manufacturing, including the role of vehicle dismantling.
