Xavier Kaufman is appointed Chairman and CEO of INDRA AUTOMOBILE RECYCLING

From 6 February 2026, Xavier Kaufman has been appointed Chairman and CEO of INDRA AUTOMOBILE RECYCLING, NEUTRAL’s wholly owned ELV processor in France, succeeding Florence Bailleul. Kaufman will also continue leading NEUTRAL’s European dismantling expansion, aiming to improve operational performance and scale recycled-parts supply as regulatory requirements tighten.

Effective February 6, 2026, Xavier Kaufman has been appointed Chairman and CEO of INDRA AUTOMOBILE RECYCLING, a wholly-owned subsidiary of The Future is NEUTRAL (NEUTRAL) and a leading player in the processing and recycling of End-of-Life Vehicles (ELVs) in France.

He succeeds Florence Bailleul, whose work since 2023 has enabled a significant strategic shift for the company.

In his new role, Xavier Kaufman will also continue to lead the development of dismantling activities in Europe for The Future is NEUTRAL, in a context of accelerating market growth for recycled parts and increasing regulatory requirements.

This new organization reinforces NEUTRAL’s ambition to offer a compe99ve and efficient service to all stakeholders in the ecosystem: insurers, manufacturers, networks, suppliers, and distributors.

Xavier Kaufman has over 25 years of experience in the automotive industry in France, Europe, and Asia. After beginning his career in auditing, he held several management positions in sales, after-sales, and distribution networks, leading the operational and commercial development of these sectors. For over ten years, he has been involved in the automotive circular economy, reused parts, remanufacturing, and material recovery, and has helped structure solutions that combine industrial performance with sustainability goals.

He joined The Future is NEUTRAL at the end of 2022 as Chief Business Officer, responsible for the strategic development of circular-economy activities.

Since February 6, 2026, he has been Chairman and CEO of INDRA AUTOMOBILE RECYCLING, a wholly-owned subsidiary of NEUTRAL.
